Conditions for making a return

If the purchase made did not meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility to make a return. We detail the conditions and the different options available to you to return your items</br>
You must complete the return steps within the set deadline:

Online purchase: You have 20 days from the date your order is shipped.
Purchase from a physical store: You have 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in original condition and retain all tags.
You must make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.
Please note: in the order details we will show you the deadline by which you will be able to make the return.
